While watching a podcast by Steve Bartlett from Diary of a CEO (which I highly recommend you head on over and subscribe), I came across his interview with Chris Williamson. Something that grabbed my attention was Sunlight Before Screen Light as an active mantra.
He explains that using your phone as an alarm can lead to familiar habits like scrolling first thing in the morning. Instead of moving, getting some sunshine (crucial for your circadian rhythms), and avoiding mindless entertainment, you might fall into unproductive routines.
CHALLENGE:
1. Put your phone out of your bedroom
2. Use another device as your alarm
